These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of picx.cc, including its website, image and GIF hosting services, sharing functionality, user accounts, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

picx.cc is operated by Orixon Group, available at https://orixon.org.

By accessing or using picx.cc, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. The Service

4. User Accounts

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations necessary to upload, store, display, and share it.

By uploading User Content, you grant Orixon Group a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, cache, process, resize, convert, transmit, distribute, and display that content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, optimize, maintain, and provide picx.cc.

This license ends when the relevant content is deleted from our active systems, except to the extent that temporary copies remain in backups, caches, logs, or other infrastructure, or where retention is required for legal or security reasons.

6. Public and Shared Content

You understand that content uploaded publicly or shared through a publicly accessible URL may be accessible to anyone.

Public or shared content may be:

• Viewed without authentication;
• Downloaded;
• Shared;
• Embedded on third-party websites;
• Cached by third-party services;
• Indexed by search engines where applicable.

You are responsible for selecting appropriate visibility settings before sharing content.

A private, unlisted, or difficult-to-guess URL should not be treated as a substitute for encrypted or highly secure storage of confidential information.

7. Prohibited Content

You must not upload, host, distribute, link to, or otherwise use picx.cc for content that:

• Facilitates fraud, identity theft, scams, or impersonation;
• Exposes passwords, authentication tokens, private keys, or stolen credentials;
• Contains unlawfully obtained personal or confidential information;
• Is intended primarily to abuse, disrupt, overload, or damage picx.cc or third parties;
• Otherwise creates a serious security, legal, or operational risk.

8. Adult Content

Any adult or sexually explicit content must comply with all applicable laws and with any content restrictions, moderation policies, visibility controls, or age requirements implemented by picx.cc.

Content involving minors, or any person who appears to be a minor, in a sexual context is strictly prohibited.

Orixon Group reserves the right to restrict or prohibit categories of adult content where necessary for legal, safety, infrastructure, hosting-provider, or operational reasons.

9. Abuse of the Service

You must not:

• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls;
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, servers, or networks;
• Use automated systems in a manner that creates excessive load;
• Scrape the Service at a scale that negatively affects its operation;
• Use picx.cc as infrastructure for spam, malware, phishing, or denial-of-service attacks;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service;
• Probe or scan our infrastructure for vulnerabilities without authorization;
• Circumvent bans, suspensions, upload restrictions, or moderation measures;
• Create multiple accounts for the purpose of evading enforcement actions.

Automated access may be subject to rate limits, API restrictions, or additional rules.

10. Hotlinking and Bandwidth Abuse

picx.cc may allow images to be embedded or hotlinked on third-party websites.

Orixon Group reserves the right to limit, block, throttle, or disable hotlinking or other usage that causes excessive bandwidth consumption, automated abuse, disproportionate resource usage, or significant disruption to the Service.

11. Storage and Usage Limits

We may impose limits on:

• File size;
• Storage capacity;
• Upload frequency;
• Bandwidth;
• API requests;
• Image dimensions;
• Supported formats;
• Account or guest usage.

These limits may change over time where necessary to maintain the stability, security, performance, and sustainability of the Service.

12. Content Moderation

Orixon Group may review, restrict, disable, or remove content when we reasonably believe that the content:

• Violates these Terms;
• Violates applicable law;
• Infringes third-party rights;
• Creates a security or operational risk;
• Is associated with abuse, fraud, malware, or spam;
• Must be removed pursuant to a valid legal request.

Moderation may be performed manually, automatically, or through a combination of technical systems and human review.

Orixon Group is not obligated to proactively review every image or file uploaded to picx.cc.

13. Reporting Abuse

If you believe content hosted on picx.cc violates these Terms or applicable law, you may report it to:

Reports should, where possible, include:

• The exact picx.cc URL of the relevant content;
• A clear description of the issue;
• The legal or policy basis for the request, where applicable;
• Your contact information;
• Any supporting documentation reasonably necessary to evaluate the report.

Submitting false, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading abuse reports is prohibited.

14. Copyright

Users may only upload content that they own or are legally authorized to use.

If you believe that material hosted on picx.cc infringes your copyright, send a notice to:

Your copyright notice should include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work;

• Your name and contact information;

Orixon Group may request additional information where reasonably necessary to assess a copyright complaint.

Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

15. Illegal Content

Illegal content is not permitted on picx.cc.

Where Orixon Group becomes aware of content that is manifestly illegal or where removal is required by applicable law, we may remove or disable access to the content and take additional appropriate action.

Where legally required or appropriate in cases involving serious criminal activity, relevant records may be preserved and provided to competent authorities.

16. Removal of Content

Orixon Group reserves the right to remove or restrict access to User Content without prior notice where reasonably necessary for:

• Legal compliance;
• Security;
• Abuse prevention;
• Enforcement of these Terms;
• Protection of users or third parties;
• Protection of our infrastructure.

We are not responsible for maintaining permanent copies of User Content.

17. Backups

You are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of important content.

picx.cc is an image hosting and sharing service and must not be treated as your sole backup or archival storage system.

We do not guarantee that any particular file can always be recovered after deletion, corruption, technical failure, account termination, or service interruption.

18. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but picx.cc is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Orixon Group does not guarantee:

• Continuous or uninterrupted availability;
• Permanent storage of uploaded content;
• That the Service will always be error-free;
• That all links or uploaded files will remain available indefinitely;
• That the Service will meet every user's specific requirements.

Maintenance, security incidents, infrastructure failures, third-party outages, network problems, or other events may temporarily affect availability.

19. Third-Party Services

picx.cc may rely on third-party hosting, security, CDN, email, storage, networking, or other infrastructure providers.

Orixon Group is not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party systems outside its reasonable control.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or data preservation.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orixon Group, picx.cc, and their respective operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, reputational damage, or loss resulting from unauthorized access to or deletion of User Content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orixon Group, picx.cc, and their respective operators from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from:

• Your User Content;
• Your misuse of the Service;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of applicable law;
• Your infringement of third-party rights.

23. Suspension and Termination

Orixon Group may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to picx.cc where reasonably necessary because of:

• Serious or repeated violations of these Terms;
• Illegal activity;
• Security threats;
• Fraud or abuse;
• Evasion of previous enforcement action;
• Legal obligations.

Users may stop using the Service at any time and, where functionality is provided, delete their account.

24. Privacy

Personal data associated with picx.cc is processed by Orixon Group as Data Controller in accordance with the picx.cc Privacy Policy.

25. Changes to These Terms

Orixon Group may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will be published on this page together with the updated revision date. Continued use of picx.cc after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
